01 How much is shipping?
Typically we ship flat rate, priority. We offer complimentary standard shipping for orders over $180 to addresses in the USA via USPS. We also offer shipping options based on package weight and shipping location. For international shipping, please see No.05.
02 I didn't receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?
In some instances order confirmations can be delayed, and often end up being marked as email spam. As long as you received an order number as part of your checkout, then your order has gone through. Make sure to save your order number for your records.
03 I didn't receive a tracking number, when should I expect it?
You should receive a shipping confirmation email within 3-5 days of your purchase, this can be longer during times of extreme volume. If you don't have it, it's possible that it got sent to your spam folder. Domestic and International emails will come from email@example.com.
04 My shipped package didn't contain all of the items that I ordered. Where is the rest?
All orders are fulfilled from Anthony Bayshore, Although due to the size and quantity of your order, you may receive two separate packages with two different tracking numbers.
05 International Shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries, mostly in the Northern Hemisphere but there are a lucky few that we can service down in the Southern Hemisphere.
06 How long will it take to receive my order?
07 I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
08 I made two orders today. Can you combine them into one and refund the balance?
09 Why isn't my order showing up on the tracking page?
10 Can I change the address that my order is shipped to? Can I pick it up at a UPS store?
Unfortunately, Anthony Bayshore only ships to the customer's billing address and cannot be rerouted to a local store. No exceptions. If you entered the wrong city, but your zip code is correct, USPS will auto-correct this.
11 Do I need to sign for my parcel?
The courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. If your parcel is lost or misplaced, we will happily replace the order pending an investigation.
If your parcel is stolen, we cannot be held accountable. Please Contact Us if your order has not been received within the recommended timeframe. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe, we recommend shipping your order to an alternate address, such as your work place.
