RETURNS

Anthony Bayshore's return policy applies 10 days from receipt of your goods - returns outside of this period are not accepted.

Items must not be returned WORN, ALTERED, DAMAGED or WASHED. with all original tags attached.

Please be sure to include a reason for the return in your package and further instructions if necessary. In order for us to process your return in a timely manner please send us the tracking number.

Returned items that have been subject to a free shipping offer and are being returned for a monetary refund not exchanged goods or a credit note will have our regular delivery cost for your shipping region deducted from the amount refunded.

If the above conditions are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 10 days from the receipt for a full refund or exchange.  

We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return shipments.

REFUNDS

Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, as store credit. Refunds will be issued within 14 working days from the day we receive your order back. We do not refund the shipping charges applied to the original order. 

• Items must be returned to us in perfect condition. If the goods are returned in a state not fit for resale, then any costs to cover cleaning or repair shall be deducted from the subsequent refund.
• Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached and with any additional packaging.
• All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
• Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
